Space Art is a French duo, Dominique Perrier (synths, keyboards) and Roger Rizzitelli (drums), who recorded three albums between 1977 and 1980. As part of the original French wave of electronic music, they sold nearly 3 million albums and helped paving the way for eurodisco, spacesynth and house music in the 80s and 90s.

Some of the instruments used were PolyMoog, MiniMoog, Hammond organ, Fender piano, Hohner Clavinet, ARP Odyssey, Eminent, Mellotron, and Roger's drums.

The CD available here is the 2009 remastered edition, which contains two bonus tracks, Psychosomatic and Diakar Onyx (remix).

Space Art must not be confused with another French band with similar music, Space.
